Rachel has been my physio and at times my pilates teacher for over 5 years. I have a complex physical health and Rachel has genuinely kept me moving, she has rehabbed me after surgery, she has fixed a range of sport and fitness injuries and has created numerous individual physio plans to help my recovery, mobility and in turn my mental health. Rachel is very approachable and will listen to what you want from your physio sessions and what outcomes you want for yourself and will align that with her knowledge of the human body and her extensive physio history to get the best outcomes for you. Rachel is always developing her own skills and knowledge which is evident from her continuing work with me. Rachel won’t just say do a,b and c and that will fix you, she will look at you, your ability, your strengths and weaknesses, what you want and your current levels of physical health and then she will think outside the box, use her physio and pilates knowledge and she will inform you why this helps and help you understand what’s going on with your own body to aid with recovery. Rachel is very open minded and won’t ever make you feel belittled for anything that is going on with you and your health. And most importantly you can genuinely tell Rachel cares, she cares about you, your health but also the service she gives to you, she wants to be the best for you, so you get the best results. I have had many physios throughout my life but genuinely Rachel is easily the best I have worked with.
